Rollins enjoying added Bucks pressure in Antetokounmpo absence
Ryan Rollins relished the added responsibility resting on his shoulders during the Milwaukee Bucks' 120-110 win over the Golden State Warriors.
Rollins led from the front for the Bucks, setting a career scoring high for a second straight game with 32 points in the absence of nine-time All-Star Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Ahead of the game, Antetokounmpo was listed as probable on Milwaukee's injury report due to soreness in his left knee, and he was unable to feature for the Bucks.
The 30-year-old is averaging 36.3 points, 14 rebounds, and seven assists on 69.5% shooting so far in the NBA this season, but Milwaukee proved they can win without him.
Myles Turner added 17 points for the Bucks. Cole Anthony had 16 before fouling out with 7:34 left to lead a Milwaukee bench that outscored Golden State 38-29.

And Rollins, who shot 13 of 21 from the floor and 5 of 7 from 3-point range, was pleased to improve Milwaukee's record to 4-1 in 2025-26 against his former team.
"I won't say we knew it, but we realised that in the first couple of days of training camp ... we have a lot of people that can put the ball in the hoop," Rollins said after the game.
"A lot of people that are dogs, compete, play fast, play the right way, and that's just big for us.
"Everybody's going to have a chance to eat, and that's kind of been our motto since the jump. It's going to be somebody's night every night, a new person's night."
Rollins also vowed that the contract he signed before the season wouldn't cause him to lower the tenacity that enabled him to earn that payday.
He moved into Milwaukee's starting lineup after Kevin Porter Jr. sprained his left ankle in the first quarter of the Bucks' season opener, and has grasped that opportunity.
"It's just the start for me, man, that's how I look at it," Rollins added.
"Just a good platform for me get situated, and then I just go from there. Keep doing what I’m doing that got me here. Just keep growing."
