'There's still a lot of golf to be played' – Young not complacent in Cadillac Championship lead
Cameron Young is comfortable holding a lead at the Cadillac Championship, but warned: "there's a lot of golf to be played".
Young, who made a blistering start to the tournament in Miami with a stunning eight-under 64 in the first round, followed it up with another eye-catching performance on Friday.
His five-under 67 means he sits on 13-under at the halfway stage, holding a five-shot lead at the top of the leaderboard.
Young finally hit his first bogey of the weekend at the par-four 14th, but quickly made it back, ensuring he stayed clear of the chasing pack.
Jordan Spieth, Alex Smalley, and Nick Taylor sit tied in second on eight under, with the two Americans finishing the second round on one-under, while Taylor shot two-under.
"I've been around the lead quite a bit, and I'm not particularly uncomfortable. I've liked this golf course thus far," Young said.
"There's a lot of guys four or five back. I'm sure somebody will be four or five-under [on Saturday], so you have to prepare for that.

"I avoided the bad misses for the most part. It's not like I drove it awful, but I would love to play from the fairway a couple more times in the next couple of days.
"There's a lot of golf to be played on a difficult golf course, but so far, I've played well. If I can drive it a little bit better, I feel like I can keep cruising and see what happens."
Young went around the course with world number one Scottie Scheffler, who enjoyed a bogey-free 67, though he remained seven shots off the lead.
He is one of six players on six-under at the halfway stage, with Gary Woodland the lone player in fifth and one shot better off.
"I definitely need to not get further away," Scheffler said. "It depends on how the golf course is playing. All I can do is go out there and be committed to what I need to do, and that's pretty much it."
