Mirra Andreeva and Victoria Mboko will go head-to-head in a clash of the teenagers at the Adelaide International.

Both youngsters won their respective semi-finals in straight sets on Friday, setting up a mouthwatering title match.

Andreeva overcame her former doubles partner Diana Shnaider 6-3 6-2 to reach the fifth final of her career.

The 18-year-old is hunting a fourth WTA Tour-level title.

Andreeva won a marathon game after going 3-1 down in the first set, with the Russian striking three forehand winners and converting on her fourth break point.

That turned the tide, and there was no looking back from there as Andreeva ensured her place in the title match.

Mboko, meanwhile, is gunning for the third title of her career after she needed just 59 minutes to defeat Kimberly Birrell 6-2 6-1.

The Canadian was 2-1 down in the opening set after missing an early chance to break, but then reeled off nine straight games to take the tie away from Birrell.

Another teenager, Iva Jovic, will go up against Elisabetta Cocciaretto in the Hobart International final.

Jovic ended the dream run of Teylah Preston by winning 4-6 6-4 6-1, while Cocciaretto overcame Antonia Ruzic in straight sets.

Data Debrief: First of many?

Saturday's showdown will be the first meeting between these teens, though if their careers go the way many suspect, it likely will not be the last.

Andreeva is yet to drop a set during this run in Adelaide, while Mboko is aiming to make it a perfect 3-0 record in Tour-level finals.
