Six Nations: Borthwick credits 'hungry' England players ahead of Scotland clash
England head coach Steve Borthwick has hailed the hunger shown by his players ahead of their Six Nations clash against Scotland on Saturday.
Borthwick's side made a flying start to the tournament last weekend, thrashing a struggling Wales team 48-7 at Twickenham.
England's 41-point margin of victory was their second-highest against Wales in the Home/Five/Six Nations, only behind their 68-14 win in Cardiff last year.
Henry Arundell scored a hat-trick in the win, becoming the youngest player to do so for England at the Six Nations (23 years and 91 days).
Only Brian O'Driscoll, George North and Blair Kinghorn have scored one for any nation at a younger age.
Ollie Chessum was also a standout performer, and Borthwick believes the lock's mentality summed up the desire of England's squad.
"It is a credit to the players how coachable they are," said Borthwick.

"I thought Ollie Chessum had a fantastic game at the weekend. But I sat down with him in his one-on-one review and asked him how he thought he went and he listed some things that he did well, but also had things he thought he could improve.
"Most people would be quite happy to sit on the fact that they played pretty well, but he wanted to do even better.
"The players are hungry. They, quite rightly, demand development and detailed attention, because they want to get better."
Borthwick was speaking after naming his starting lineup for the upcoming match at Murrayfield.
England have named an unchanged backline, with hat-trick hero Arundell keeping his place on the wing while captain Maro Itoje returns into the second row.
Luke Cowan-Dickie starts at hooker while Fin Smith has come in for Marcus Smith among the replacements.
