Raducanu set to make return in United Cup for Great Britain
Emma Raducanu is set to take to the court for the first time in a competitive match since October when she represents Great Britain in the United Cup.
Raducanu has not featured since suffering from an illness during her time in China, leading her to withdraw from the final two tournaments of the 2025 season.
However, the 2021 US Open winner will play for Great Britain in the week-long tournament in Australia, which starts on January 2.
The 18 competing countries will be split into six groups of three, with the winners from each group and the two best second-placed teams advancing to the quarter-finals.
Great Britain are in the Perth-based Group E alongside Japan and Greece, with Raducanu to play her singles matches against Naomi Osaka and Maria Sakkari.

Raducanu will also play her mixed-doubles games alongside Billy Harris, who replaces the injured Jack Draper.
Draper suffered an arm injury that forced him to withdraw from the US Open, while he also delayed his scheduled return on multiple occasions.
Speaking on Draper, Raducanu said: "Obviously, we would love to have him in the team. He's such an integral part of British tennis.
"But we just wish him all the best. As his team-mates, we can just hope he gets better soon so he can join us for the future events."
