Gilgeous-Alexander's late flurry helps Thunder get past Knicks
Through three quarters of Sunday's game between the New York Knicks and Oklahoma City Thunder, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander struggled with his shot.
When it mattered most, however, the reigning league MVP delivered.
Gilgeous-Alexander scored 10 of his team-high 30 points in the final 5:12 as the Thunder pulled away to beat the Knicks 111-100 in a potential NBA Finals matchup.
After going only 5 of 15 on shooting through three periods, Gilgeous-Alexander made all three of his attempts from the floor in the fourth to lead Oklahoma City (59-16) to its 14th win in 15 games.
He scored seven straight points as part of a 10-0 run for the Thunder over a three-minute stretch after Jalen Brunson converted a layup to pull the Knicks within 97-95 of Oklahoma City with 4:47 to play.

Kristaps Porziņģis and Brandin Podziemski each scored 23 for the Warriors (36-39), with Porziņģis draining all five of his 3-point attempts and Podziemski going 5 of 8 from beyond the arc as 10th-place Golden State lost for the first time in four games.
