Mark Daigneault hailed the Oklahoma City Thunder's resilience after they earned a 13th straight win in the NBA.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the team with 38 points as they earned a 124-112 win over the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday.

The Thunder are now 21-1 for the season, making them just one of four teams in NBA history to win at least 21 of their first 22 games.

Golden State pulled off a remarkable comeback to lead 107-106 with under five minutes remaining, but Gilgeous-Alexander scored seven points in that time to give Oklahoma City the win.

The team also had to come from behind against the Portland Trail Blazers over the weekend, and Daigneault was thrilled they did not let their heads drop.

"We had to do it against Portland on Sunday, too," Daigneault said.

"There's still time left in the game to course correct, and I thought the group to start the fourth quarter did a nice job of stabilizing the game.

"Our attacks down the stretch were really good. We had a great sense of purpose and calibrated well against their defensive adjustments."

Jalen Williams also added 22 points, while Chet Holmgren got 21, and Daigneault was full of praise for the latter.

"Teams will try to downsize against us, but we found him [Holmgren] in key moments," he said.

"He had dunks and made plays for others. It's a tool we'll continue to develop."
