Arsenal 'know the job is not done', insists Lewis-Skelly
Myles Lewis-Skelly insisted Arsenal "know that the job is not done" in the Premier League title race, following Sunday's dramatic win over West Ham.
The Gunners battled to a 1-0 victory over the Hammers at London Stadium on Sunday, courtesy of Leandro Trossard's 83rd-minute strike, though Callum Wilson saw a stoppage-time equaliser controversially ruled out for a foul on David Raya.
The only scoreline to happen more frequently in the Premier League this season than Arsenal winning 1-0 (seven times) is Manchester City winning 3-0 (eight).
Arsenal are now five points ahead of City in the title race, though Pep Guardiola's side have a game in hand on the Gunners.
Mikel Arteta's side are the Opta supercomputer's favourites to win the title at 87.5%, and Lewis-Skelly is focused on getting over the line.
"We have to stay humble," said the 19-year-old.
"[The dressing room is] just joy, excitement, fulfilment – everything you can describe. We are buzzing, but we know that the job is not done.
"We have got two more finals left now, and we have to take each game as it comes. The next one is Burnley – and then we go on from there.
"As players, as a fan myself, it's easy to think about what could be. But, it is important that we stay in the moment. We have to stay on it."

After struggling for minutes in 2025-26, Lewis-Skelly has started each of Arsenal's last three games in midfield.
The teenager has been linked with a move away from the club, despite signing a contract renewal to last until 2030 last year, though his thoughts remain on his current side.
"I am focused on the games that we have got coming up – and bringing this club back to glory," added Lewis-Skelly.
"He [Arteta] told me, 'You are going to play in midfield, so go for it'. So, that is what I did.
"And I had to be bold and play with courage, because that is what this league demands."
