South Africa 43-0 Wales: Seven-try hosts run riot in thumping win
South Africa stormed to a stunning 43-0 victory over Wales, continuing their perfect run in the Southern Series of the Nations Championship.
The world champions triumphed in a one-sided match at Hollywoodbets Kings Park, with Wales unable to come up with any answers.
Wales were cut open after just four minutes, with Jasper Wiese taking advantage of some slack defending to crash over from South Africa's first real attack.
And Cobus Reinach made things look ominous after he went over with ease following a scrum, but South Africa did not get any more joy until the final seconds of the first half.
Jesse Kriel and Jaco Williams both dotted down either side of half-time, with Vusi Moyo helping to add to their tally by nailing the conversion after the latter score.
The Springboks pulled further clear when Herschel Jantjies went over, and Ben Warren then went to the sin bin shortly afterwards for a high hit on Marco van Staden.
From there, Kurt-Lee Arendse punished Wales' numerical disadvantage before Paul de Villiers capped the match in the last minute via a lineout drive.

There was also a big win for Australia, who were led by Josh Cannam's hat-trick in their 57-10 victory over Italy, triumphing for the first time in the series.
Scotland also bounced back from their defeat to South Africa with a 33-17 win over Fiji, but needed four tries in the second half to come from behind to take all the points.
Springboks hold Wales at bay again
While this was not a great result for Wales, it is an improvement on their previous result against South Africa, when they lost 73-0 in the autumn.
The Springboks went over for 11 tries on that occasion, with that number dropping to seven on Saturday, but it does mean that Wales have lost the last two match-ups by an aggregate score of 116-0.
Wales' defence has come under question in the Southern Series, despite opening their campaign with a win over Fiji.
Fiji made 674 metres from 167 carries, racked up 32 offloads and had a whopping 24 clean breaks in that match, while Argentina – whom Wales lost to in their following outing – made 15 clean breaks and beat 31 defenders.
South Africa were not at their best, but they still managed 15 clean breaks and beat 31 defenders, while Wales missed 28 of their tackles.
