Lynx beat Wings again to move to 3-0
For the second time in five days, Napheesa Collier and the Minnesota Lynx got the best of Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings.
Collier had 28 points and eight rebounds to lead the Lynx to an 85-81 win over the visiting Wings on Wednesday to improve to 3-0.
Minnesota's first victory came in Friday's opener, when it spoiled Bueckers' WNBA debut with a 99-84 win at Dallas.
This time, the Lynx got off to a slow start as the Wings jumped out to a 15-5 lead midway through the first quarter. Minnesota responded with a 12-0 run and eventually built its lead to 11 points en route to sending Dallas to an 0-3 start.
Bueckers again struggled with her shot against the Lynx, though she did dish out 10 assists - the same number she tallied in her first two games.
The top pick of the draft scored 12 points on 3-of-11 shooting after finishing with 10 points and going 3 of 10 from the field in the opener.
