Novak Djokovic is just one win away from a 100th ATP Tour-level title after beating Cameron Norrie to reach the Geneva Open final.

The Serb was forced to a decider, but cruised over the finish line with a 6-4 6-7 (6-8) 6-1 victory in just over two hours and 15 minutes.

There was little to split the pair in the opening exchanges, but after Norrie defended two break points to take a 3-2 lead, Djokovic went on a three-game winning streak.

The Serb then served out the set to love, but fell behind 4-1 in the second. He shook off his brief slump to stop Norrie from converting a set point and forced a tie-break.

He held match point at 6-5, but the Brit won the next three points to force a decider, though he could not build on that momentum.

Two three-game winning streaks got Djokovic over the line on either side of his one dropped game in the final set means he will face Hubert Hurkacz next.

The Pole beat Sebastian Ofner in straight sets earlier on Friday to book his place in the final, winning 6-3 6-4 in 62 minutes.

Data Debrief: One step closer...

Only Jimmy Connors (109) and Roger Federer (103) have ever hit a century of titles, and Djokovic is looking to finally join the exclusive club.

He has had two near misses, in Shanghai last year, before suffering a shock defeat to Jakub Mensik in the Miami Open earlier in 2025.

Djokovic has dropped just one set en route to the final, the second set on Friday, when a shakiness entered his game as he made 19 unforced errors.

However, he recovered his earlier swagger to get over the line, and he will be bolstered ahead of the final, with a 7-0 record against Hurkacz.
