Tuipulotu in awe of 'missile' Ringrose
Garry Ringrose has been labelled a "missile" by his British and Irish Lions team-mate Sione Tuipulotu.
Ringrose and Tuipulotu were in fine form as the Lions swatted aside Western Force 54-7 in Perth on Saturday, winning their first match on Australian soil on this year's tour.
The duo struck up a strong partnership in the Lions' midfield, with Ringrose scoring one of eight tries for the tourists in a morale-boosting win for Andy Farrell's squad.
And Scotland captain Tuipulotu was quick to credit Ringrose.
"Jeez, mate, he's a missile out there," Tuipulotu said of Ringrose, as quoted by ESPN.
"He backed himself to make those [defensive] reads. He left a few sore bodies out there, including himself. What a player.
"I really enjoyed playing with him. And then I also enjoyed when Shuggie [Huw Jones] came off the bench and got some valuable minutes after being out for a while."

Tuipulotu missed the Six Nations due to injury, and he suggested it will take some time for him to get fully up to speed.
He said: "I'm starting to get my feet back underneath me.
"Obviously, I haven't played Test rugby since the autumn. I still feel like I've got massive growth to do and I know I can start playing my best rugby in the bigger games at the end of this tour."
The Lions are next in action against Queensland Reds in Brisbane on Wednesday.
