Second T20I between Ireland and West Indies washed out
The second match in the T20I series between Ireland and West Indies was washed out on Saturday.
The first match suffered the same fate as the steady rain and a damp outfield at the Bready Cricket Ground caused the game to be abandoned with a ball being bowled.
Ireland are aiming for consecutive wins against West Indies for the first time in the history of the format, having won their last encounter back in October 2022.
West Indies have lost each of their last six T20Is, their joint-worst run in the history of the format.
The final match of this series is scheduled to be played tomorrow, June 15, at the same ground.
The match unfortunately has been abandoned due to consistent wet conditions.
