Hull City have confirmed the signing of goalkeeper Konstantinos Tzolakis for a club-record fee.

Tzolakis has signed a five-year deal with the Tigers, who agreed a reported £20m (€23.3m) fee plus add-ons with Olympiacos.

The 23-year-old made 131 appearances for Olympiacos, the only club he has represented during his senior career.

Tzolakis won eight trophies during his time in Greece, most notably the 2023-24 Conference League, while he also made nine Champions League appearances last season.

Tzolakis has kept 35 clean sheets in the Greek Super League across the last two campaigns, five more than any other goalkeeper.

"With Olympiacos, I had a successful career with a Conference League title, a championship and a cup, also European games and the Champions League.

"Hull City is something different because we are playing in the Premier League. We have to fight against top players, so it’s a challenge for me.

Hull will begin the 2026-27 Premier League season at home against Manchester United on August 22 before travelling to Coventry City on matchday two.

The Tigers will also face Aston Villa, Chelsea and Newcastle United in their first five league games.
