
Hertl's late goal lifts Vegas over Boston
Tomas Hertl scored with just over a minute remaining, and the Vegas Golden Knights rallied to beat the Boston Bruins on Saturday.
Hertl's game-winning tally came less than a minute after Vegas had a goal waved off due to goaltender interference.
Mark Stone, Pavel Dorofeyev and Zach Whitecloud also scored for the Golden Knights, who won their second straight game after losing their previous four.
The Bruins took a 3-1 lead after Morgan Geekie scored in the second period, but Vegas scored the final three to collect two points. The Golden Knights outshot the Bruins 27-12 in the second and third periods.
Boston's Brad Marchand opened the scoring with his 20th goal of the season.

Boeser lifts Canucks over Maple Leafs
Brock Boeser scored a go-ahead goal midway through the third period, and the Vancouver Canucks held on for a 2-1 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs to stay hot.
Boeser's power-play goal proved to be the game-winner, and Filip Hronek contributed a goal and an assist as the Canucks won their sixth game in their last eight.
Thatcher Demko started in goal for Vancouver but left after 10 minutes. Kevin Lankinen tended goal the rest of the way, stopping 21 of the 22 shots he faced.
Morgan Reilly scored Toronto's only goal with six seconds left in the second period, and Joseph Woll made 23 saves for the Leafs.

Panthers roll in matchup of Tkachuk brothers
Matthew Tkachuk scored in his sixth consecutive game to spark a second-period frenzy, and the Florida Panthers beat the Ottawa Senators 5-1.
Matthew Tkachuk's team got the best of Brady Tkachuk's squad, although both brothers scored a goal.
Brady Tkachuk's power-play goal opened the scoring in the first period, but Matthew Tkachuk's answer in the second sparked a four-goal run by the Panthers.
Aleksander Barkov had a goal and an assist for Florida, while Sam Bennett, Gustav Forsling and Anton Lundell also scored goals.
Florida controlled the play most of the way, with Ottawa goaltender Linas Ullmark making 43 saves in the losing effort.
