Radu Dragusin is set for a long spell on the sidelines after Tottenham confirmed he has suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
Dragusin sustained the injury during Spurs' Europa League clash with Elfsborg last week.
The Romanian had been one of Ange Postecoglou's only fit, recognised defenders, following injuries to Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven.
However, Dragusin will now miss the rest of the season.
We can confirm that Radu Dragusin will undergo surgery for an Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury to his right knee.

Spurs signed defender Kevin Danso on loan from Ligue 1 side Lens to bolster their options at the back, while Van de Ven has now returned to action.
Tottenham travel to Anfield in the EFL Cup semi-finals on Thursday, holding a 1-0 aggregate advantage from the first leg.
